We continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and are adjusting our business practice in line with directives from the BAG and WHO. It is our goal to give ongoing support to our customers while at the same time ensuring the safety and health of our team members.
In light of the current situation, we have replaced by over 80% our in-office staff through home office and our immediately support through remote work. All on-site services and clinical support will proceed as normal, on the condition that our team members, who all have emergency training, are able to get to our customers and that our customer’s facilities will still allow onsite support visits.
We are in constant contact with each customer to monitor the situation on a case-by-case basis and to find for you a right solution.
